The BACGene GO Listeria monocytogenes method is a qualitative real-time PCR assay for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes BACGene GO Workflow: 2 Simple Steps and GO Streamline your lab operations in two simple steps—delivering powerful, efficient, and seamless pathogen detection. Lysis: Transfer aliquots to the ready-to-use lysis plate. Shake at 2000rpm, for 10 minutes. PCR: Transfer the lysate to ready-to-use PCR plate. Insert into PCR device. Run for 60’. Evaluate with PURE software.
