GRO/KC mouse ELISA

Background: Chemokine GRO/KC is a potent neutrophil chemokines, which is considered to be a murine homologue of human GRO was identified as Chemoattractant for monocytes and neutrophils. The production from activated monocyte and fibroblast are reported.

Description:
This kit is a solid phase sandwich ELISA using 2 kinds of high specific antibodies. Tetra Methyl Benzidine (TMB) is used as coloring agent (Chromogen). The strength of coloring is in proportion to the quantities of Mouse GRO/KC.
