Rapid Test for Walnut

Rapid Test for Walnut is a qualitative immunochromatographic test, in strip format, to detect walnut proteins in food, rinse water and working surface.

GENERAL INFORMATION:The test is based on the detection of the Jug r 1, which reacts with a specific antibody coated to red particles in the strip. The appearance of two lines, red and blue, on the strip test is a positive result.

KIT CHARACTERISTICS:
-Limit of Detection in food: 1.0 mg walnut proteins/ Kg food product.
-Limit of Detection on surfaces: 0.5 µg of walnut proteins.
-Rehearsal time: 10 minutes.
-Shelf life: 12 months.
-Storage: 15-25°C
