PRODUCT: TGS (Tris-Glycine-SDS) is the most common buffer used for sodium dodecyl sulfate – polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of proteins (SDS-PAGE). TGS Buffer (10X) is an aqueous solutions of 0,25M Tris, 1,92M glycine, and 1% SDS, prepared with ultrapure water, and 0.2 μm filtered.
