The Luminex xMAP® SALMONELLA SEROTYPING KIT is a multiplex nucleic acid-based assay for research or epidemiological use in identifying the serotype of Salmonella isolates. It detects genes involved in the expression of serotype-specific O and H Salmonella antigens and some serotype-specific genetic markers.
